JOB: COMPUTER TECHNICIAN - SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

The IT Technologies team is looking for a System Administrator to help support our clientele's advanced technology solutions. Reporting to the IT Department Director, varied and challenging mandates await you, such as maintaining and configuring an in-house and field data center, configuring and maintaining client servers, and configuring Microsoft 365 services, all this while respecting your human and family values.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide quality customer service to business customers and within the organization
• Take part in the management, migration, and configuration of Exchange 365 emails and other Microsoft products
• Possibility of teleworking according to the mandate to be accomplished
• Server configuration and maintenance
• Router and VPN configuration and maintenance
• Participate in the deployment of specialized software

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:

• Have a college diploma in computer skills development or the equivalent
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in the field
• Active Directory experience (Local and Azure), MFA, DNS, DHCP
• Mastery of remote desktop solutions (RDGateway, licenses ...)
• Experience with Vmware ESX
• Be able to perform the administration of Exchange 365 including email migrations
• Be able to administer domains and certificates
• Experience with all Microsoft 365 services
• Be autonomous and quickly adapt to unforeseen situations
• Possess an analytical mind and show initiative in finding practical solutions
• Have good interpersonal skills

 

ADDITIONAL ASSETS FOR THE POTENTIAL CANDIDATE:

• Vcenter experience and certification
• IIS Management
• Knowledge of SonicWall products
• English language proficiency

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
