JOB: SALES AND COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT ASSISTANT - APPLICATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The sales and communications support assistant will provide essential support to the sales advisers/DDA to improve the CTRL group's customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Respond to initial calls, emails, and inquiries from prospects
- Support advisors in the preparation and sending of business proposals
- Follow up on business proposals sent to potential clients
- Follow up on satisfaction on completed technical deliveries
- Improvement, validation, and updating of the database of suspects and prospects
- Collaborate with marketing in prospecting and promotional communications
- Participate in the team's promotional activities (trade fair, conference, seminar)
- Respond to requests from the network of partners and strategic alliances

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:
- DEC in General administration or other training deemed equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Express themselves with ease in French, both orally and in writing.
- Express themselves with ease in English, both orally and in writing.
- Has the ability to use computer tools.
- Good communication skills.
