JOB: SALES AND COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT ASSISTANT - APPLICATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The sales and communications support assistant will provide essential support to the sales advisers/DDA to improve the CTRL group's customer experience.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Respond to initial calls, emails, and inquiries from prospects
  • Support advisors in the preparation and sending of business proposals
  • Follow up on business proposals sent to potential clients
  • Follow up on satisfaction on completed technical deliveries
  • Improvement, validation, and updating of the database of suspects and prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing in prospecting and promotional communications
  • Participate in the team's promotional activities (trade fair, conference, seminar)
  • Respond to requests from the network of partners and strategic alliances

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:

  • DEC in General administration or other training deemed equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Express themselves with ease in French, both orally and in writing.
  • Express themselves with ease in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Has the ability to use computer tools.
  • Good communication skills.
